act for kids - monster
As part of the therapeutic process at ACT for Kids, the children are encouraged to externalise their fears and anxieties by drawing their own personal monsters.
One of these was then crafted into an animation for the charity, explaining how, with time and healing, the monsters can turn into more peaceful drawings.
Taking this concept a step further, the Publicis team tasked us to transform these frightening creatures into endearing characters.
After designing the characters, the team created 3D models that were then manufactured into a limited edition of wax crayon. Each crayon set became a tangible representation of children's creativity and resilience, symbolising their ability to conquer their fears and embrace their imagination.
Through the sale of these crayons, the charity was able to garner support from the community raising vital funds helping children in need.
